Stress and tension are among the most common modern day issues in the workplace. And a massive source of illness and burnout. To prevent unwanted health issues and sustainable energy levels it is absolutely beneficial te learn how to relax and regulate at work.

This training is designed to do just that.

Emotional Intelligence

Modern workplaces have evolved to a place where it is increasingly important to deal with our own and others emotions. Work is no longer just about the rational and the mind but also about being able to tune into yourself and others properly in order to collaborate and respond in mature and constructive ways. For healthier ways of working and more impactful output.

Leadership in the workplace

Leadership is a hot topic yet very few of us know how to lead themselves, let alone others. But we can learn what leadership is all about and what we can do to cultivate actual (serving) leadership to the benefit of yourself and those around you.

Finding your value and purpose

What is the value that you want to bring to the world and in your work and in which way? What is your current life purpose and how can you fulfil this purpose in your workplace environment? Purpose and values are at the core of who you are. Getting to know this for yourself is a tremendous benefit and to this to the work that you are doing is crucial for being as impactful, creative and in flow as you can be.

Clear and honest communication

Clear and authentic communication is hard! To express yourself without judgement, insecurity and in a clear way takes practice and awareness. Most of us never learned how we can communicate in a way that takes our own truth into account as well as the other persons experience. Let alone getting a message across with clarity and integrity. Taking responsibility for our own needs and wants while still being clear and in the lead when needed is crucial for a healthy and collaborative workplace.

Constructive feedback

Giving constructive feedback for most people is simply terrifying. How could I say something to another person that might be perceived as ‘not nice’, ‘critical’ or ‘offensive’? The fear of rejection or the inability to give feedback without being overly critical or judgemental is a common cause for not saying anything at all. When we learn how to give constructive feedback in a non-judgemental and connected way we can say just about anything to our peers. This will highly increase quality of work, safety in the workplace and trust among teams.

Difficult conversations

Different roles ask for different skill sets and having difficult conversations is one of them.

This could be:

  • having a feedback moment with an employee

  • an official review moment with a team member

  • having an exit conversation

  • having difficult client talks

  • dealing with resistance

  • dealing with disappointment or missed deadlines

Learning how to deal with your own inner thoughts and feelings, understanding them better, will give a steadiness and a centeredness to weather the most difficult conversations, because you can stay connected to your own core.

Core values, drivers and personality types

This training is all about using different perspectives and tools to get a 360 view of your won core values, qualities, drivers and personality type.

This will enhance the awareness of who you are as a person, how you are wired, what you like and what is forever in your zone of allergy and what could be your growth points.

Systemic work with your team and organisation

Systemic work starts with the acknowledgement that we are all part of one or more systems that have certain sets of beliefs, patterns, rules... be it conscious or unconscious.

The dive into the systemic rules that govern your team and organisation will be hugely beneficial to gain insights into the challenges that you meet and how to solve them.

Looking at your team or organisation as a system that is interconnected and governed by the rules of that system gives us the power to make the necessary changes in the most fundamental way.
